Located on the ground floor of a family-friendly building with four apartments, this wonderful accommodation has a garden for communal use with up to 12 sun loungers to enjoy the sun and direct access to the beach. For exclusively private use, you will find a cozy furnished porch where you can have breakfast in the morning, simply have a drink or enjoy a good banquet listening to the sound of the sea. Upon entering the interior they find a modern and bright living room with satellite television and air conditioning. The gas kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your vacation as if you were at home. To eat inside, you can accommodate the porch table in the living room. They have two bedrooms with wardrobe; one of them equipped with air conditioning. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bathroom in the house has a shower. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair can be provided. It has two washing machines, iron and ironing board for communal use. Puerto de Alcúdia is a fantastic place to spend an incredible beach holiday. The beach is extensive and has fine sand, ideal for water sports and long walks as the sun goes down. Very close by, in Alcúdia you will discover a beautiful Mallorcan town with medieval remains such as the wall and where you can enjoy a wide gastronomic offer. You can also visit the market that extends through all its streets on Tuesdays and Sundays. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
